Credit Builder
Are you looking to start building credit? A credit builder loan might be the right choice for you. This loan is secured by the funds of the loan itself, meaning that the amount you borrow is on hold until the loan has been repaid in full. Once released, the funds can remain in your savings account to earn interest, be withdrawn, or used for a Share/Pledge loan to continue building your credit.
Line of Credit
Similar to a credit card, a line of credit will give you access to needed funds. Offering flexibility and a revolving limit, you can use the funds how and when you wish. You pay interest based on the borrowed amount you have used. A line of credit is also a good resource to use as overdraft protection on your checking account.
