The Board of Directors is responsible for the general direction and control of Champion Credit Union. It sets policy, approves strategic plans, and ensures management maintains sound financial condition.

Bryan Trantham, Chairman
Bryan is the Director-Facilities Management with Jones-Lang-LaSalle at Harris Regional and Swain County Community Hospitals. He and his family reside in Waynesville.
Greg Boothroyd, Vice Chairman
Greg is the co-owner of Smoky Mountain News. He resides in the Canton community.
Gary Hollifield, Secretary
Gary is retired from the military and the former Ecusta Paper Mill. He served on the board of Ecusta Credit Union for more than 10 years. He resides in the Etowah community.
Andy Francis, Treasurer
Andy is a Certified Public Accountant and Audit Manager with Forvis Accounting Firm. He and his family reside in Canton.
Mike Arnott
Mike is a retired business professor from Western Carolina University. He resides in the Candler community.
Heather Gray
Heather serves as the Chief Operating Officer with Hendersonville/Mills River/Arden Family Dental. She and her family reside in Hendersonville.
Matthew Lehman
Matthew is the General Manager of the Grand Bohemian Hotel Asheville. He and his family reside in Asheville.
Dean Pressley
Dean is retired from Two Banks Development and Evergreen Packaging, where he was employed for more than 30 years. He resides in the Bethel community.
Stephany Semones
Stephany is the owner of Pink Regalia and Lift Your Spirits. She resides in the Waynesville community.
